About the Author

Mike Felix, PhD., lived out his commitment to diversity by investing time in formal mentoring relationships where he coached and mentored nearly 200 emerging leaders and junior executives from all walks of life. He also served as an executive sponsor for the field-services leadership training program, where he regularly spoke on the science and empirical evidence for developing authentic and effective leadership styles.
