Author Mike Felix, PhD. Announces his New Book: The Diversity Dilemma

At long last! I’m proud to announce that my new book, The Diversity Dilemma, will be published by the end of May! It’s been more than 6 years in the making, with writing and research. The writing and copy editing are completed and I received great endorsements from Liz Wiseman, Douglas Stone, Karl Clauson, Corey Brooks, and Jacqueline Bass!

The Diversity Dilemma was written to challenge traditional and current approaches to achieving diversity while answering stakeholder demands for performance. It presents a program, born out of my experience as a senior executive, to develop aspiring leaders from all walks of life – equally – to be authentic and highly-effective.
